On the evening of Wednesday, December 21st, Tim Cantor will be given the honor of an intimate exhibition shared with a celebration of fine wines by Idle Hour Winery along with an artful and inspired culinary journey by Chef Gunnar Thompson at Erna’s Elderberry House.

Tim and Amy Cantor will be present throughout the evening and will be showcasing original oil paintings and important conceptual works from his most current and past exhibitions.

Idle Hour Winery will be featuring current releases of their nationally award-winning wines.  In 2008, winemakers Anna Marie and Deb made the decision to exclusively adorn each bottle of Idle Hour Wine with Tim Cantor’s art.  On the night of the event, all who attend will have the opportunity to view some of the paintings that inspired the images on the beautiful bottles of wine.  Furthermore, Anna Marie and Deb are always delighted to illustrate their unique winemaking process and philosophy of how they create hand-crafted wine in very small lots with TRUE minimal intervention.

The Elderberry House is renown and an extraordinary dining establishment nationally known for its award-winning haute cuisine and discriminating wine list.  The Estate of the Elderberries which belongs to the exclusive Relais & Châteaux, a collection of the most beautiful restaurants and hotels in the world, was created by chef, restaurateur and hotelier, Erna Kubin Clanin and sits on a luxurious nine-acre sanctuary blending charm and old-world elegance of the Provencal region of France with California’s verdant landscape.  It’s unique and beautiful setting is located in Oakhurst, California, just 20 minutes from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park.

Art Exhibition, Wine and Hors d'Oeuvres will begin at 5:30pm

125 dollars per person will include the Exhibition, a 3 Course dinner paired with wines, tax and gratuity.
